A new house grant cannot be paid in this case as the floor area of the house exceeds the statutory limit.

The application was rejected as the floor area of the house exceeded the statutory limit. However, in the light of subsequent information submitted, this decision is being reviewed and an inspection will be arranged when the applicant notifies my Department that all work on the house has been completed and that he is in occupation of the house as his normal place of residence.
