asked the Minister for the Environment if he will ensure that a house improvement grant for £800 for replacement windows will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11.

Notification of completion of work has not yet been received.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant which has already been sanctioned will be paid to a person (details supplied) in Dublin 11; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

asked the Minister for the Environment when a house improvement grant and a window grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath.

A grant cannot be allowed as the application which was for the replacement of windows only was received after the date of the termination of that category of grant.

A grant cannot be allowed as an inspection had not been carried out on or before 27 March 1987.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named.

Certain matters in relation to the carrying out of the works had to be clarified by inspection. This has now been done and the grant will be paid shortly.

Certain information has been requested from the applicant and its receipt is awaited.

asked the Minister for the Environment if payment of a house improvement grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that she was sanctioned for a grant of £3,552 which was subsequently reduced to £3,109; the reason for this; and if he will reconsider the case with a view to payment of the original grant of £3,552.

The grant paid was related, in the normal way, to the approved costs of eligible works actualy carried out.

asked the Minister for the Environment if he will arrange to have a house improvement grant paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny, as the work has been inspected and passed.

There is no record of the receipt of an application for a house improvement grant from the person named.

asked the Minister for the Environment the reason for the delay in issuing written approval for a house improvement grant to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny where the inspection was carried out in December 1986 and approved and where all additional information requested by his Department was forwarded.

Certain information has been requested from the applicant and its receipt is awaited.
