There were no fees to architects, quantity surveyors or consulting engineers outstanding and unpaid by my Department at 30 April 1987.
Of the bodies under the aegis of my Department, the Youth Employment Agency had fees amounting to £12,500 outstanding and unpaid to a firm of architects since January 1987 at the date in question.
