As the Deputy is aware the reform of conveyancing law and practice in areas where this would lead to savings for house purchasers is among the matters which the recently appointed Law Reform Commissioners are reviewing at the request of the Attorney General. Any recommendations that the commissioners may make as a result of that review will be considered in the normal way.
