The re-constituted Law Reform Commission were requested by the former Attorney General to examine a number of matters. Among these was the law relating to compensation in personal injury cases, including the limitation period under the Statute of Limitations in the case of latent personal injury. Any recommendations made by the commission in due course will be considered in the normal way.
