My Department is at present preparing legislation in relation to An Bord Glas. This will provide for the transfer to that body of some personnel in ACOT and An Foras Talúntais with responsibilities in the horticultural area. It is not envisaged that the transfer will involve any changes in the general responsibilities of the staff concerned. It is intended, however, to discuss the details with staff representatives.
