The contract documents for the replacement and duplication of water mains at Bunbeg-Derrybeg and Cois Clady as part of the Rosses regional water supply scheme were received in my Department in August 1986 and are under consideration at present. I am not in a position to indicate when a decision on these documents will issue. It would not be appropriate for me to comment on the estimated cost of the scheme at this stage as to do so could prejudice the tendering process at a later stage.
