Tenders have been received for the construction of a physical education hall for Portmarnock community school, County Dublin. The contractor who submitted the lowest tender subsequently withdrew his tender. The second lowest tender is at present under examination in my Department.
It is not possible to say when the project will proceed to the next stage. The rate at which this project, as with all other capital projects, will proceed will depend on the availability of capital resources and my Department's other commitments and priorities.
