I move:
That in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Bankruptcy Bill, 1982, which had reached Report Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 21st January, 1987, be restored to the Order Paper.

It is proposed to take it on Tuesday, 26 May 1987, subject to agreement between the Whips.
When is it proposed to circulate the Finance Bill?
It is proposed to circulate it on Friday.
