It is proposed that the questions necessary to bring the proceedings on Resolutions Nos. 1, 2 and 3 to a conclusion shall be put forthwith and successively:
Resolution No. 1, not later than 10.10 p.m.;
Resolution No. 2, not later than 11.5 p.m.;
Resolution No. 3 and amendments thereto shall be taken not later than 12 midnight by putting one question, "That Resolution No. 3 be agreed to."
