asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of a suckler cow grant will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Galway.
The EC suckler cow premium scheme is confined to full-time farmers and my Department is at present carrying out an assessment of both the on-farm and off-farm income of the person named for 1987 to establish whether he qualifies for premium grants for that year.
