Bill entitled an Act to amend and extend the Housing Acts, 1966 to 1979, to amend the Vagrancy Act, 1824, and the City and County Management (Amendment) Act 1955, and to provide for certain other matters in relation to housing and in relation to the discharge of mortgages.
