The structure at Dromana bridge, Villierstown, Cappoquin, County Waterford, is a former estate gatehouse in a Hindu-gothic style and is therefore an architectural curiosity, which should be preserved if possible, but it does not rank as a national monument which should be placed in the care of the Commissioners of Public Works. It is, therefore, outside the scope of funds provided for architectural preservation.
