I move:
That, for the purposes of any Act of the present session to make provision for the promotion of security and safety of civil aviation and in relation to aerodromes and aircraft and for that and other purposes to amend and extend the Air Navigation and Transport Acts, 1936 to 1986, to make provision for the implementation of certain Protocols to the Warsaw Convention and the Chicago Convention, to amend the Customs-free Airport Acts, 1947 and 1958, and to provide for other matters connected with the matters aforesaid, it is expedient to make provision for the charging by the Minister for Tourism and Transport of fees where authorisation to operate air services is given by him by Order under section 7 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act, 1965 (No. 6 of 1965) as amended by any Act of the present session to provide as aforesaid.
