I presume the Deputy is referring to the report of the Study Group on the Development of the Psychiatric Services —"Planning for the Future". This report recommended the replacement of the present largely institutionally based psychiatric service by a comprehensive service located in the community. Plans for the implementation of the recommendations of the report have been drawn up by each of the health boards and progress is being made in implementing these plans.
