The Bound Volume of 1987 Acts of the Oireachtas as promulgated contained a misprinted text of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) (Amendment) Act, 1987 (Number 12 of 1987). This arose through an error on the part of the printers.
The cost involved in repairing the 1987 Bound Volume has been borne by the printers. The cost of recalling and reissuing copies of the Bound Volume which had been distributed or sold is not yet available but it is intended to recover this from the printers also.
