The Revenue Commissioners have advised me that following receipt on 16 November 1988 of certain outstanding details from the taxpayer a certificate of tax-free allowances on a cumulative basis will be issued to him shortly. Any tax over deducted from his earnings since 23 May 1988 (i.e. date of commencement) will be refundable to him by his employer on operation of that certificate.
