I refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 8 and Priority Questions Nos. 33 and 34 of 23 June 1988.
The investigation which I referred to on that occasion has now been completed. As the Deputy will appreciate, much of the investigation necessarily centred on issues relating to security at the prison. In view of that, I do not consider that it would be appropriate for me to give details in relation to the findings of the investigation other than to state that it is not intended to take any disciplinary action as a consequence of the incident.
