The payment of a disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for determination by the health board concerned having regard to all the circumstances of that case.
I have had inquiries made from the South-Eastern Health Board in this case and have been informed that the application is at present being considered. A decision on the application will be made shortly.
