Apart from whatever changes may arise from the Mulder judgment, there are no proposals at this stage for amending the quota system at Community level for the coming year.
The Mulder proposals are currently being considered by the Council of Ministers. However it is not possible to indicate at this stage when the final decisions will be made by the Council on this issue.
