asked the Minister for the Environment whether Rowlagh Parish, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 by virtue of its needs should be a priority case for national lottery funds to complete the community centre; and if, having regard to the circumstances relating to the provision of a community centre (details supplied), he will supply the necessary funds from the 1989 national lottery allocation in order that the centre which is three-quarters finished can be completed; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply to Question No. 214 of 29 November 1988. If further national lottery funds become available for the amenity grants scheme, I will consider the case for additional funding for this project in conjunction with the many other applications which have been made.
