Earlier this month I was pleased to have been in a position to have sanctioned the permanent post in this school.
This decision followed consultation with the Minister for Finance regarding the granting of permanent status, under special circumstances, to a small number of teachers who had not been appointed on a permanent basis from the date of their appointment.
