There are no circumstances whereby a ewe premium for 1988 could be approved for the person named because on the person's admission, he never had the number of ewes he claimed he had at the time of application.

The 1988 ewe premium will be paid to the person named in the near future. Some delay occurred because of the need to obtain evidence that the minimum number of ewes had been in the possession of the applicant at the time of the application.
