An appeals officer has decided that the person concerned was incapable of work within the meaning of the social welfare Acts during the period from 27 December 1988 to 30 September 1989, and capable of work from 1 October 1989.
Arrears of benefit due will be issued as soon as details of any unemployment benefit or supplementary welfare allowance paid during this period have been ascertained.
