asked the Minister for the Environment if he has received a submission from property owners in the Foley Street area of Dublin 1; and if he will consider its inclusion in the inner city incentive area scheme in view of its proximity to the Custom House area and the general dilapidation that exists there.

My Department have received a number of individual submissions from property owners in Foley Street requesting, inter alia, that designation for urban renewal be extended to the street. All such submissions will be borne in mind in determining the additional areas to be designated for urban renewal, in accordance with my reply to Parliamentary Question No. 59 of 19 July, 1989.
