asked the Minister for Education the formal arrangements, if any, which her Department has made in relation to the following teacher training colleges: (a) St. Patrick's, Drumcondra, Dublin 9 (b) Mary Immaculate, Limerick and (c) Church of Ireland, Rathmines, Dublin 6, to ensure that publicly funded assets are reclaimable by her Department in the event of such assets not being utilised for the purposes for which funds were advanced.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 324 and 325 together.
A review of the legal position in this regard is being undertaken by my Department at present. It would not be appropriate for me to comment further at this time pending the outcome of this review.
