The children in question live between 0.3 miles and 0.9 miles from the route of the service which operates to Modeligo national school, Cappagh, County Waterford. The present service is regarded as being of reasonable standard in the context of the general operation of the scheme. Additional expenditure on the provision of an extension of the service would, therefore, not be warranted.
