Funds have been allocated to Sligo Corporation this year under the Department's remedial works scheme in respect of their rented houses in the estate in question. Approval has recently issued to the acceptance of tenders for the provision of bathroom facilities and to the seeking of competitive quotations in respect of certain other works. Details of any remaining works and the overall costs are awaited.
