In my reply to Deputy Gregory on 15 February (Vol. 387, Col. 394) I indicated that the Department would be consulting with An Bord Altranais on the question of publication of this report.
Arising from these discussions, and the academic refereeing process which is normal practice in relation to such studies, a number of problems have emerged which relate to the methodology employed in the study. Pending a resolution of these problems, it would be premature to consider publication of the report.
