I move:
That, pursuant to Standing Order 94 (2) of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Child Care Bill, 1988, other than sections 1 and 2 thereof, be referred to a Special Committee;
That the Committee consist of fifteen members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection;
That the quorum of the Committee be six; and
That the first meeting of the Committee be held on 21st November, 1989.".
