The person named qualified for a quota allocation under the personal illness category from the national reserve which was set up in 1984. In accordance with the terms of that reserve he was granted an additional quota of 3,390 gallons which was equivalent to 52 per cent of the difference between the level of his milk deliveries in 1983 and those he made in 1982. This quantity is the maximum to which he is entitled and no further quota is due to him under the scheme.
