Ceist:346 Mr. Barry asked the Minister for the Environment the number of persons in the Cork area awaiting driving tests; and the number of persons tested in 1989.

There are at present 3,151 applications for driving tests on hands for the three Cork test centres. In 1989, a total of 6,467 tests were carried out from these centres.
