Ceist:374 Mrs. Owen asked the Minister for Health if he will arrange for the allocation of a medical card to a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who is handicapped.

I have had inquiries made of the Eastern Health Board with regard to this matter. The board have stated that the individual concerned has been deemed eligible for a medical card and was issued with an acceptance form on 15 January 1990. This form should be completed and returned to the board as soon as possible to allow for the issue of the medical card.
