Ceist:130 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for the Environment if he will provide details regarding grant aid for thatching roofs of old houses and cottages with particular reference to a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

I would refer the Deputy to the reply to Questions Nos. 47, 55, 76 and 83 of 26 April 1990. There is no record of the receipt of an application for a thatching grant from the person named.
