Ceist:

1 Mr. Spring asked the Taoiseach the amount of money paid to a person (details supplied) working for his Department on a contractual basis, between 1 January 1990 and 31 March 1990; and the amounts paid in salary, travel expenses, subsistence and any other incidental allowances.

A total of £6,648.82 was paid in fees to the person referred to by the Deputy between 1 January 1990 and 31 March 1990. Claims for £2,151 for travel and incidental expenses in that period have been received and are being processed.
