Ceist:111 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Marine if he has any plans to bring all aquaculture projects fully within the licensing and control arrangements of his Department by the end of 1991.

The Government's environment action programme published early in 1990 contained a commitment to that end and I am working to meet it. Additional resources have been made available to my Department to assist in the process.
