Ceist:

204 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment (a) the amount which has been spent to date in 1990 on advertising and promotional work, (b) the advertisements and promotions concerned, and (c) to whom payments for advertising services have been made.

An amount of £144,790 has been spent by my Department to date in 1990 in respect of advertising and promotional campaigns related to smog control, the register of electors and miscellaneous publicity and advertising. Payments for advertising services were made to Arks Ltd. and Brindley Advertising Ltd.
