Ceist:61 Mr. Taylor asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the ESB study on the relocation of some of the deep sea port facilities from Dublin Port to a location in north County Dublin, thereby improving the efficiency of cargo handling and access, while removing the need for extensive and expensive port relief roads; if his Department were consulted on the study; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
