229 Mr. Harte asked the Minister for the Environment the number of local authority houses, excluding demountable dwellings, which have been built in County Donegal in each year since 1970.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 227, 228 and 229 together.

The information requested relating to local authority housing and house improvement grants is contained in the Department's Bulletins of Housing Statistics covering the relevant period; these are available in the Oireachtas Library. The statistics in the bulletins for local authority housing are inclusive of demountable dwellings; separate figures for these dwellings are not readily available in the Department.

Details of new house grant payments in the form requested are readily available only from 1982 onwards, and are as follows:
