Ceist:

67 Mr. M. Higgins asked the Minister for the Environment the number of staff of the Environmental Research Unit formerly with An Foras Forbartha, who will be transferred to the proposed Environmental Protection Agency; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

While it is envisaged that some staff from the Environmental Research Unit would transfer to the Environmental Protection Agency when it is established, the number involved cannot be specified at this stage.
