Ceist:

10 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Taoiseach when the study of emigration, being undertaken by the National Economic and Social Council, which was stated in Dáil Éireann on 25 April 1990 to be planned to be available later this year, will be available; and if he will outline the steps he proposes to take to implement its recommendations.

This study is currently being considered by the council and will, I understand, be completed and submitted to the Government for their consideration early in the New Year.
