Ceist:33 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce if his attention has been drawn to the evidence given on affidavit in the High Court on 21 September 1990 which suggested that Government Ministers had indicated to representatives of the Goodman Group that a decision to cancel £37 million in export insurance cover and withdraw a further £66 million in cover, would be reversed; if he made any such promise; if his attention has been drawn to any such promise or suggestion made by another Minister; if he had any discussions with representatives of the Goodman Group on this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
