Ceist:71 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange to have a C2 certificate issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the Inspector of Taxes wrote to the agents acting on the taxpayer's behalf on 31 October 1990 for the information necessary to enable his application for a C2 certificate to be considered. On receipt of this information the application will be reviewed.
