89 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for the Environment if he will provide a capital allocation to Carrickmacross Urban District Court in order that the Drummond Etra housing scheme phase three, comprising of 12 houses, will be undertaken in 1991; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
