90 Mr. Flood asked the Minister for the Environment the action which will be taken to exclude heavy goods vehicles from parking in built-up residential areas; if impending EC legislation will infringe on this issue; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I refer to my reply to Questions Nos. 75 and 76 of 1 March last.
I am awaiting the submission by Dublin County Council and Dún Laoghaire Corporation of lists of suitable sites for alternative overnight parking on-street for large vehicles in their functional areas.
I am not aware of any EC legislation affecting this issue.
