Recognition of Foreign Adoptions Bill, 1990: Order for Committee Stage.

I move:

That the Recognition of Foreign Adoptions Bill, 1990 be referred to a Special Committee consisting of 15 members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection; that the quorum of the Committee be 6; and that the first meeting of the Committee be held on 6th March, 1991.
