The following agencies were engaged during 1990 for advertising, design, public relations and the dissemination of information concerning the work of my Department: Bell Advertising Ltd., Brindley Advertising Ltd., Hunter Advertising Ltd., Marketing Image Ltd., McConnells Advertising Service Ltd., and Walsh Public Relations Ltd.
