Ceist:79 Mr. Currie asked the Taoiseach whether, in view of the Taoiseach's declaration at the Fianna Fáil Ard-Fheis on the establishment of an Irish language TV service, his Department have (a) formulated plans for the provision of such service, (b) negotiated with RTE or any other organisation on the matter and (c) decided on the frequency available to the new service; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
