Ceist:

105 Mr. Lowry asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of a farm modernisation scheme grant will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary; and the amount of grant involved.

The grant of £7,050 has been paid.

Jim Higgins

Ceist:

106 Mr. J. Higgins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the delay in paying a cattle headage grant to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo.

This applicant has already been paid his 1990 cattle and equines headage scheme grants. There was no particular delay in payment.

John Ellis

Ceist:

117 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a TB reactor grant will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Leitrim.

The reactor grant due to the person named will be processed for payment when confirmation has been received at the district veterinary office that cleansing and disinfection of the premises have been undertaken.
