Mitchell asked the Minister for the Environment if he will visit the new Dublin Central Constituency in the new future and, in particular, the Dublin Corporation flat schemes which are in urgent need of refurbishment and where plans have been submitted to his Department for approval and funding; if he will list the schemes in this constituency which have been submitted to his Department by Dublin Corporation and, in each case, if he will outline when the work will be given the go ahead.
